what does our organization do for you?

We don’t just sell you product and walk away. We build shops.

As A Flexarmor Applicator We Provide:

• Hands-on training at our home office and at your location • Nationwide advertising through SEO, influencer partnerships, banner ads, and print when it makes sense • Active company pages across all major social media platforms driving customers to RVroof.com to find applicators • Localized SEO to help your shop show up in your market • 24/7 technical support for roof prep, troubleshooting, and equipment issues • Training manuals and detailed training videos • Advertising materials and brand support • Listing on our website so customers can find you • Customized roof fixtures designed specifically to work with the FlexArmor system

Costs and Revenue

Most shops that follow our process can complete three RV roofs per week with a two- to three-person crew on a standard 40-hour work week. At average retail pricing, that represents the potential for $20,000 per week in revenue. We don’t take a percentage of your sales — what you earn is yours. The only recurring fee is a $150 monthly charge that covers shared administrative systems, cloud-based databases, and support tools used across the network. As with any business, actual profitability depends on how efficiently you operate, manage labor, and control overhead, but the production model is built to be both realistic and repeatable.

Area Protection

Each location is assigned a protected territory, and we will not place another FlexArmor shop inside that area. Territories are designed to keep each shop productive while limiting copycat overlap and strategically filling gaps nationwide. We’ve tracked where customer business originates for over 20 years and remap territories annually to ensure placement decisions strengthen — not hurt — existing locations. You are not restricted to advertising inside your territory or attending rallies and shows. We operate with professional courtesy — if an event is in another shop’s area, locations typically communicate and often even work together on larger events. As a network, we actively promote one another and direct customers to RVroof.com to find the most convenient applicator. Your customers will come from your local market, surrounding states, and from the national advertising channels we maintain.

Join the Company Than Changed the RV Industry

Long before others added “RV roof” to their websites, FlexArmor was developing, manufacturing, and refining a true pure polyurea system built exclusively for RVs. With over 21 years of experience and more than 20,000 installations nationwide, our reputation is earned — not marketed.

 Engineered Exclusively for RV Roofs

FlexArmor is the only pure polyurea system developed exclusively for RV roofs. It was not adapted from an industrial coating or repurposed from another  market. Every part of the system was built specifically to handle the movement, flex, temperature swings, and multiple substrates found on RV roofs.

This is not a crossover product. It is an RV roof system.

Manufactured In-House — Not Relabeled

FlexArmor is the only sprayed RV roof company that manufactures its own polyureas in-house. That means we control formulation, consistency, and quality.

You are not buying a generic coating that anyone can purchase and relabel. You are installing a proprietary system developed and refined for RV applications. Manufacturing control also means formulas aren’t quietly changed by outside suppliers.

Consistency matters — especially when warranty and long-term performance are involved.

A Complete System — Not Just a Coating

FlexArmor is not a single product. It is a fully engineered system that includes:

• Surface preparation standards
• FlexArmor and 3 other products
• Compatible roof fixtures designed to work within the system

We created multiple products because RV roofs are not one material and not one condition. EPDM, TPO, fiberglass, aluminum, and composite substrates all require different approaches. The system was built to address those realities.

Pure Polyurea vs. Hybrid Products

There is a difference between true pure polyurea and hybrid formulations. Many sprayed roof products are hybrid coatings originally designed for other industries.

FlexArmor is a pure aromatic polyurea base engineered for elongation, adhesion, and structural performance in RV environments. The chemistry is intentional — not repurposed.

20+ Years of Documented Field Data

We have over two decades of RV-specific performance history. We track where business originates, monitor claim trends, and review installation variables annually. Territories are remapped yearly based on real data.

This allows us to refine processes, improve training, and strengthen long-term performance across the network.

This isn’t theory. It’s documented experience.

Structured Warranty — You’re Not Alone

When you buy an off-the-shelf coating, the supplier backs the product in the drum — not the installation. If there’s a failure, the common response is: “The product tested fine.”

With FlexArmor, every location backs its installation, and the entire network supports the system. We have a structured process for diagnosing claims, determining cause, and resolving issues. There is a defined system in place for how responsibility is handled across locations when necessary.

You will never be left to solve a claim by yourself.

Standardized Training & Equipment Support

Training is controlled and consistent. Applicators receive hands-on training at our home office and on-site at their location.

We also provide technical equipment support, including advanced Graco system expertise. Shops are not left guessing when environmental conditions or equipment variables affect performance.

Process Matters

FlexArmor works because it is installed as trained. The system cannot be modified, shortened, or substituted.

We have already spent decades refining what works. Variations create failures. When the process is followed, the system performs.

The Difference

FlexArmor is not just a coating.

It is manufacturing control, engineered chemistry, standardized training, documented field data, equipment support, installation accountability, and nationwide backing.

The roof is the final product.
The strength is the system behind it.
