What it takes

You don’t
start from zero

Existing shop or first building — both work. Here’s what the setup looks like, so you know what you’d be stepping into before you ever talk to us.

An indoor bay

FlexArmor is applied indoors in a fixed, controlled environment — the equipment and overspray require it. A door tall enough to bring an RV in is the one hard requirement. We’ll walk your building with you.

A two- to three-person crew

That’s the crew behind three roofs a week on a normal 40-hour schedule. No prior polyurea experience needed — training is hands-on and starts from the beginning.

An open territory

We map territories annually and place shops where they strengthen the network. Reach out early — even if your area is spoken for, we’ll tell you straight and talk through where the gaps are.

A commitment to the process

FlexArmor works because it’s installed as trained. The process can’t be modified, shortened, or substituted. Decades of refinement are already in it — variations create failures.

How it goes from here

01

Request the book

Send your name, location, and shop details. We send the Authorized Applicator Information Package.

02

A real conversation

We talk through your building, your market, your territory, and the numbers as they apply to you — not a generic pitch.

03

Training

Hands-on at our home office in Keystone Heights, then on-site at your location with your crew and your equipment.

04

You go live

Your shop is listed on RVroof.com, your territory is protected, and national marketing starts pointing owners your way.
